An 8 week introductory football training program for women. It is designed specifically for women to fit into their busy lives whilst juggling their commitments of family, work and friends. You can be a beginner or just looking for some extra training.
THE PROGRAM
- Once a week 45 minute session
- 8 weeks in length
- 2nd July to 19th August 2026

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?
- Women ages 16 and up
- Non-Active, Less Active or Time Poor
- New to football or team sports
- Seeking a social fitness environment
