It also supports a range of passive recreation activities for families, personal training options, cricket training nets, people walking their dogs and is part of the Cooks River Cycle Path network – a 30km bike path that links Ryde to Botany Bay. There is free parking for 300+ vehicles including 5 handicapped.

It has a water themed playground favoured with kids in the summer, barbecue and covered picnic area and is popular with people seeking an area to exercise and walk their dogs. The Park is adjacent to the Cooks River Cycle Path which is a 30km bike path that links Ryde to Botany Bay and has a 25 place, including disabled, car park.
