Collecting and managing players cards is a key role for the Manager. No cards will be issued without payment confirmation. If no photo is uploaded by the player during registration, then no card will be printed. Cards are produced by the Association (Not the Club). To guarantee your card for Round 1, all part of registration MUST be completed before end of March. The No Card, No Play rule is operated by the Association through the Officials. If your card is lost or retained by the Referee (eg. Red card) then it can take 7 days to recover.

Match sheets are the home teams responsibility. The home team is the first team listed in the fixture. You could be playing at a ‘home’ ground that is NOT Steel or Mackey Park. Completed match sheets are to be put in the mail boxes located at Mackey and Steel Parks at the end of your game on Saturday or Sunday. The last check on these boxes is completed on Monday morning.

Collecting and managing officials payments is a key role for the Manager. Teams are responsible for paying Officials not the Club. Each Manager should collect a float (contribution from each player) at the beginning of the season. The Club pays Officials for U6 to U9 games ONLY. Failure to complete officials payment can result in automatic forfeit.

Team will be rostered for canteen/match day duty once per season. The roster avoids your team match days. If you are not on the roster yet you probably will be so please check the roster periodically.
