WALKING FOOTBALL

Walking Football is a small-sided, low-impact, modified version of the game, suitable for all levels of ability and fitness, from people who are returning to sport after a break or those who’ve never played before.

THE PROGRAM

  • Played on Wednesday 8pm
  • Once a week 60 minute session

WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

  • Everyone
  • Non-Active, Less Active or Time Poor
  • New to football or team sports
  • Seeking a social fitness environment
