Marrickville Football Club, affectionately known as The Red Devils, was founded in 1945 by Bruce Livingston and
Arthur Ireland.
In 1946 the Club officially formed and entered two teams in the CDSFA, an Under-12 team and an Under-14 team.
Marrickville FC’s traditional kit consisted of red jersey, white shorts, and red socks. Mackey Park has been The
Club’s home ground since 1958.
Today, we have 156 teams, under 3-5 years old program, Kick on for Women and our All-Abilities program. We
train and play out of Mackey, Steel Parks and Tempe Reserve.
